DEFENS-T LLC ("DEFENS-T", "we") manufactures communication equipment and aerial platforms, builds power and telecom structures, carries out electrical works, repairs electronic and optical equipment, and trades machinery and goods. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers and contacts
Names, positions, organisation contacts, contracts and site addresses.
3. Site access
To work at customer sites, our engineers' names and ID details may be provided to the customer for access control, and customer staff may be recorded in site logs.
4. Repairs
Devices sent for repair may contain data (logs, settings, contacts). We access them only as needed for diagnostics and do not copy or retain user data. Ask us to reset devices before return if required.
5. Confidentiality
Customer information is accessible only to staff working on the project, under confidentiality obligations. Information subject to special legal regimes is handled only through channels required by law.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (site safety, security).
7. Recipients
Subcontractors under confidentiality agreements, carriers, banks and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Contracts and project files: as required by law.
- Site access lists: until the end of the project.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
